Lifeguard Training at The Connection for Women and Families

Lifeguard Training - $250
Ages 15 and up. This 30 hour course teaches the skills and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. Successful completion will lead to American Red Cross certifications in First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Lifeguard Training and Prevention of Disease Transmission. Must be in excellent physical condition with strong swimming skills. Materials included. Connection membership required. Please register at the Front Desk.

Challenges
