Lifeguard Training
Course Information
Ages 15 and up. This 30 hour course teaches the skills and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. Successful completion will lead to American Red Cross certifications in First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Lifeguard Training and Prevention of Disease Transmission. Must be in excellent physical condition with strong swimming skills. Materials included.

Course Information
Participants must pass both a written and practical skill exam. You can bring your own pocket mask or purchase one on site for $15 .

Water Safety Instructor
Course Information
Ages 16 and up. Training to instruct six levels of water safety including Learn to Swim and Parent & Child Aquatics. FIT Included.
