How to Donate
Walk-ins are welcome for blood drives, or appointments may be made by calling 1-800-GIVE LIFE (1-800-448-3543),
the Madison office at (973) 377-0455 or the Summit office at (908) 273-2076 ext 11, or by visiting
www.pleasegiveblood.org.
Appointments are required for platelet drives and must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Please call
1-800-GIVE LIFE (1-800-448-3543) to make an appointment.
Anyone who is at least 17 years of age and weighs 110 pounds or more is eligible to donate
blood every 56 days. For complete eligibility guidelines visit www.pleasegiveblood.org.

Become a Platelet Donor
A process called apheresis separates special components from your blood to provide lifesaving transfusions.
